I contacted website for purchase of a puppy. A price was agreed upon and i sent 2 payments via Zelle in the amounts of $300 and $200. I, then, received an email from the shipping company asking for a refundable insurance fee in the amount of approximately $1000. I reached out to Lovable Labradors because this was the first time I was told about this insurance fee. I asked Lovable Labradors to refund my $500 as I was not comfortable with the insurance fee being charged. I've reached out multiple times for a refund and receive no call backs.
