They will waste your time and low ball you!

They told us they could close in 45 days and then gave us 101 reasons why it was taking so long and then after they defaulted in the agreed contract they tried to renegóciate for $50K less knowing that we had to sell in order to get our new house financed in time. They waisted my time and now I have all my stuff in storage and shut down my side business and we are left unable to close on our new house so we are probably going to lose it! These people are pieces in if [censored]!

Don't sell a house to these people

I agreed to sell a house and Lone Star Buyers hired the title company they normally use. An agreement was signed by Yefersson Gonzalez with the promise to remit earnest money thereby creating a contract. He never bothered to do that.
My house was unavailable for sale for several months as the title company didn't discover this discrepancy until closing date and then had me wait while they tried to contact Lone Star Buyers. All calls went unanswered and voicemails not returned.

I own a property and have had multiple people illegally trespassing on my property due to a false Facebook listing of the house. The house burnt down almost 10 years ago and has since been demolished, however the post has been listed with pictures from probably 15-20 years ago. I contacted the number on their website and they proceeded to tell me the property was under contract and they are wholesalers selling properties. I am too a wholesaler and confronted them with how it is illegal to advertise a property (pictures and address) without having a legitimate contract in place. They didn’t give me any real answer and said they’d tell their supervisor.
