Londour (londour.com) advertises themselves as an 'at home laser hair removal' product. I have placed my order with this company on 10/6/2023 and lost $50.00. Over time until today (2/28/24) I have attempted to reach out to them and work with them to get my product or a refund - neither of which happened. Multiple emails have been sent back and forth to their "customer service" team ([email protected]) without any resolution. They continue to claim that my product is en route without ever providing a tracking number. I do not have a phone number for their customer service team, nor do I know the country of origin but I suspect based on the emails from their team that they are based somewhere in either Canada, UK, or USA.
