I ordered loc extensions and never received them after three weeks
I ordered locs from her on October 27,2023 in the amount of $310.00 (total money lost $310.00). Her site stated production time is 15-30 days. I wait patiently for her to send updates on my order , never got them.
I contact her on multiple occasions (email [email protected]) where I got no response, until I commented publicly on her instagram business page.
I asked for a refund , she told me I would not be getting a refund that I will receive my loc the following weekend. It has since been three weeks. She has scammed me , blocked me from contacting her and I am taking matters into my own hands to get this resolved. It is unacceptable and unprofessional as a business owner to treat her customers like this. I have evidence of my claims. I hope this reaches the right person , thank you .
