Lockcount.com sent cheap headphones instead of the Samsung phone I ordered.

They advertised a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Phone for $69.99 on lockcount.com. It was due to arrive the 7th - 15th of July. Well once the time frame passed and no phone came of course I emailed the company at [email protected]. When they responded of course they said it was delivered and provided a tracking number. I in turn checked with my local post office and they said they delivered it. Well I returned home and it clicked. I did in fact receive a package on the 7th that was some $10 headphones. I emailed the company again and sent photo evidence of what I got. They in turn tried 3 times to get me to accept a lesser refund and keep the headphones. I emphatically told them no! They either need to send my phone or give me a full refund. Then they told me the phone was sold out but were still advertising it on the internet. After some going back and forth they finally agreed to my full refund and I did receive it. When I threatened to report them to the ScamPulse.com they refunded my money.

So my problem is they are setting out to defraud people from the start and although I got my money back, I know everyone doesn't. I'm attempting to protect others by making this report.
