Anthony called me from LoanShield.com, told me he was with Loan Shield which was a part of Car Shield. He could rewrite my car loan and include my warranty payment formuch less than I was paying/month. I gave him my info and the loan was rewritten. Now, every month 439.50 is withdrawn from my account by Solutibillpay260216 IVR anonymous. I am still checking out this info, but it's friday and people have gone home and offices are closed. I started wondering about this when I tried, yesterday to make a claim on my warranty. The woman at Car Shield said she never had to do anything with Loan Shield before, but it was her first day. I tried calling Loan Shield at (800) 570-0669, but no answer. I went to their web site, Loan Shield.com, and I coundn't contact anyone. Can you help me?
