I purchased a razor off of the Livora website. It was horrible and took like 60 days to arrive. I tried to return it and they just quit responding to my emails. Then they auto-debited my account a month later for razor head replacements. (Which I did not authorize). I tried to cancel it and they said I couldn't, but I could return the razor heads after they arrived. However they never arrived and again quit responding to my emails.
