On August 28, I purchased a physical product on PremiumFoot.com. The following month, my credit card statement contained charges for the original purchase and a separate charge of $19.99 that was not indicated in the email receipt. Buried in the website terms of service, they disclose that your purchase includes a monthly subscription to LiveWellX. This is not made clear during the purchase process, and is very deceptive. Although LiveWellX appears as a $0 item on the original purchase receipt, there is no way to remove that item during the checkout process. By the time I realized this was happening, I had two monthly charges on my credit card. I am disputing both with my credit card company. The PremiumFoot.com website terms advise that you can email the company to cancel the subscription, which I have now done.
