I signed up for the Liven App and was never able to create a profile. I did not sign up for a subscription, but for a 30 day course. They have been trying to collect payment like a subscription. There is no indication through my apps or subscriptions that I have a subscription. I do not have an account set up and am unable to see if there is a subscription much less cancel it. I emailed the company and they said I should have received emails, which I have not. (Not even in spam). This is all run by AI and I am unable to resolve this with them, it seems.
