I ordered the Little Manta Dino Plush Hoodie, didn't know it'll take too long to arrive since they do not clarify that it is coming from China.

The item I received was not at all like the pictures on their website; it is a flimsy, thin hoodie.

I sent an email asking for instructions to return it and I did not get any answer.

I paid for a baby product I never received and after reviewing the shipping information, the quality of the product is not as advertised. The product is claimed to be from the USA but then my baby product was shipped out of China instead. I never received the product.

They advertise a product (thick shaped baby lounger) and sent something completely different: the thinnest flat foam with the worse thinner pillowcase I’ve ever seen no shape at all and completely deformed. Not worth $5. It’s a complete scam. Their phone number is not real and it goes straight to a full voicemail. They say they can’t do anything about it when contacted via email.

I recently purchased the “Little Manta Pastel Baby Lounger Nest” from the Little Manta company. The lounger is depicted as a plush pillow with slightly raised bumper sides to keep an infant from rolling off. What I received was a flat, flimsy piece of foam with a ripped cover. Nothing at all like the image advertised.
