Bought an item from Lipovia and never received it or a refund

Bought item on March 11 from Lipovia and still have not heard from them or got my refund back. I lost $55.95.

Ordered GLP patches from Lipovia but never received them

On December 30,2025 I ordered GLP patches-a 6 month supply from Lipovia. On January 3rd the order was confirmed. Mid January I emailed asking where my order was. No reply. The end of January I emailed again asking where my order was. No reply. I then went on the Lipovia site and contacted them regarding the issue. On February 15th I again emailed asking where my order was and if I did not receive it, I would contact the ScamPulse.com and I wanted a refund. I got a reply from a person Bruna apologizing, thank you for ordering, tracking number to look at, and no refund could be issued as it was already shipped. I tried the tracking number and it only had SPF with no date and no tracking history provided. As of today March 6th I have not received the order. In a feed of comments on FB with this product over a week ago there were numerous similar complaints and adding this was a scam.
