Item was ordered through their website. The item hadn't shipped yet and I requested an address change. I was contacted by someone name 'Tracy'. They politely stated that they changed the address and that my product would ship by the end of the week. Another few weeks went by and I used their chat bot to try to recieve an update on shipping. I again was told that the item would ship by the end of the week. It has still not shipped. I contacted the business again through the chat bot and described my concerns. Several days went by without a response so I let them know that if I hadn't received communication within the next 24 hours that I would be reporting their business and contacting my bank. I heard nothing back, so I'm following through with my stated intentions. My order was placed on the 25th of March. It's now May 7th.
