Ordered x2 long sleeved, floral shirts from Linda and Rachel Boutique (LindaRachelBoutique.com), totalling $110.42. Their home base looks like they are in Rhode Island. When I items arrived, they were very small, a weird fabric and didnt look anything like what I ordered from the website. When I went to ship them back for a full refund, I had to ship them back to China, not Rhode Island. The cost to return was $248.00!!! 2x more than the purchase price (ridiculous!!!) I contacted customer support at [email protected] and they offered me a refund of 30% of the total purchase!!! I also requested a pre-paid return label, which they refused. The refund of 30% and refusal off the pre-paid return label is unacceptable!! If customers are going to order from this company, beware!!! They offer ridiculous refunds and the return cost is just insane!! I did finally dispute the charge to my bank. Do not order products from this company. You will not get an acceptable refund or pre-paid return label and will be out the money that you paid out for their products.
