A company called me and left me a message stating they are from Judicial Services 360-667-1245. They left a message stating that I will be served court papers if I dont call back at the 855-667-1245 they did not say what it was for. But they did state my name and and a case #. They also called several of my contacts. So I called, the company is called the Lincon Group the ladies name is Cindy Tate she wanted to confirm my information, I asked her what it was in regard to. She stated it was about fraudulent activity, I had no idea what she was saying but she would not give me any more information unless I confirmed my info my name and last 4 of my SS#. I wanted to find out what this was all about so I confirmed my info and then she said that I would be order to court for breaking contract and fraudulent activity from Capital One. She said if I paid restitution that day of 667.00 with visa they would stop the lawsuit. I told them I think this is a scam, for one I never did anything fraudulent. Second I dont have a card with that amount. They threaten me with court fees and all that as well. I'm very worried they have my info.

They say that they are collecting from 2006 from a bank for over drafting checks and the fees it a came to over 3.000$ but then she got it down to 900$with some Obama financial and they say that they been mailing me stuff and I never once received anything and they told me it’s to late to do anything unless we take care of it now otherwise I could go to jail , take my money out of my checking,garnish my wage and/or take anything that I own
