Was a JC Penney's add of closing out. Everything was like 80 percent off. I ordered shoes, pillow lounger, pajamas, tops from Linaforte.com. I got a email in Dec. Saying my order was delivered. I emailed a reply to [email protected] .I told them that no package was delivered. She said the shipping company they use doesn't take any action or confirmation of delivery. So I ask for a refund on 12/28/25 and was told that the shipping fee would be deducted from my refund. It now March and I still have no refund for the $41.32 I paid. I also asked fee a receipt of the transaction and was refused. I have several emails with AI replies from a Yuna Liu, Caroline Brown and Rita Kelly.

The company: Linaforte.com has a website where you can buy clothes and accessories for men and women. I purchased 11 items on December 9 2025 for $59.59 and I have received nothing. They have a tracking company working with them that list your items as they move to you but that information is given by Linaforte and is not true. So the tracking company is really not delivering anything to anyone. The company has no phone number and communicates with email at [email protected]. They offered me 30 % of my total as a refund and when I did not accept because that was only 17.87 they came back and said they would send an item out but it would take 25 days. I ordered 11 items from this company. This company is truly a scam. They told me that someone signed for the purchase and I asked for a copy of the signature...they never said anything more about the signature. I can send you all the communications that I have from the company.
