Legal Document Services (Aria) contacted my employer that they had a subpoena for a wage garnishment and were going to serve it. Called the number she provided for Watson & Associates (503-821-5605) with a File number that Aria gave me . The initial debt was $3,459.72 which included all fees. Was told if I started monthly payments it could be reduced to $1,564.27 which they said was the initial debt from 2013. Was told that the documentation had been mailed to my home address in July but no such documentation was ever received. Law office then transferred me to Stacey in Accounting at 562-888-0474 at Limited PSG to make arrangements for repayment. Stacey sent over a Settlement Authorization agreement from Sam Shields (email address that was used on their end was [email protected]) and S Shields email address was [email protected]. Upon further investigation, it was found that this company located in California does not exist on the 11th Floor.
