I ordered a pair of boots on 1/28/26 from Lily Hill from the website Lilyhill.com. Monica® | Relaxed and supportive orthopedic boots. I've never received them. I requested information from them several times using their email [email protected]. Still no boots. They always respond that they are working on my order and due to a high volume of orders, processing times are currently taking a little longer than usual. I lost $35.96.
