Lily Hil (from LilyHil.com) is an online clothing and footwear company that is based out of World Trust Tower, Hong Kong (according to their website). I have ordered a dress from them for $59.99 and after a month they emailed me back stating that the dress is "out-of-stock" and they cannot give me a refund because it is not in accordance with their policy. They have offered another item with the same equal value or a discount code for another purchase. I replied with the fact that they advertised the merchandise and never stated that they were out-of-stock and that this does not exist in their policy. I have also advised them that I have no interest in choosing another item and that I want a full refund. They have repeated their emails to me with the same verbiage. Lily Hil is not to be trusted at all. They are scammers.

I placed an order (LH9179US) for Dalia® supportive orthopedic boots (Gray / 39) on 02/28/2026 from LilyHil.com. It is now 03/08/2026, and the order has not progressed. I have not received communication since the order confirmation email on 02/28. I sent an email to [email protected] as listed on the site, but received a Delivery Status Notification (Failure) email that stated "Address not found. Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail". I lost $39.95.

Clothing Retail Store Lily Hil Advertises on their website discounted clothing with a 30-day money back gaurentee. When you order on their website at LilyHil.com, it takes weeks for you to hear back. When they finally do email, they say the item you ordered is not in stock and present a different item for you to purchase instead. When you ask for a refund, they present you with a replacement or store credit. When you ask for another item, they say its not in stock and present you with another item. You get stuck in this endless loop of asking for what you want and their presenting another item. Even though their website says the amount they have in stock of the item. They also do not adhere to the 30-day money back guarantee advertised on their website. They will not provide a refund and they will not send me the item I ask for as a replacement because everything seems to be "out of stock" even though the website shows there are "8 items in stock". Do not order or shop with them.
