This shop sold me items I didn't order, in the wrong material, style, color. Compared to the modeled image the quality of item I received is mere garbage. After I got my order in the mail, I went to contact the company thru the confirmation email and the contact email is invalid. I went to the website to contact them there, and the website No longer exist! They closed up shop after making a sell. I went over to Facebook, I don't have a Facebook, but I was able to see other people posting about how they're closing up shop? Turns out they shut everything down after they make sells so there's no way of shutting them down. This site needs to be black listed, if only that could be done. Don't shop from them. Look at their reviews, everyone else is saying the same thing. Its a scam.

I placed an order with Lilyfairies.com for 3 items. After waiting for 4 weeks, and not receiving anything, I contacted them, to get a link to the package, so i could find out where it was.

At this time, they informed me, they had not sent it out, as one item was no longer available.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but was a bit suspicious about why they didn't notify of this when order was placed.

I selected another item listed on the website, and was told 2 days later, that one was not available either. They then forwarded me a choice between two others, to replace the one of the ones i had paid for earlier.

I accepted.

Two days later, I again requested the link to track the order. Two days after this, they responded and said, when the order is sent, we will send the link.

Two days after this, they sent me an email to say they had only sent one of the items I ordered, but no mention of the other two items.

I waited for a day and a half, to make sure the tracking number would be registered in the system.. However, when I clicked on it, it showed as invalid.

I requested a full refund, but they have not responded since.
