At this time, they informed me, they had not sent it out, as one item was no longer available.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but was a bit suspicious about why they didn't notify of this when order was placed.
I selected another item listed on the website, and was told 2 days later, that one was not available either. They then forwarded me a choice between two others, to replace the one of the ones i had paid for earlier.
I accepted.
Two days later, I again requested the link to track the order. Two days after this, they responded and said, when the order is sent, we will send the link.
Two days after this, they sent me an email to say they had only sent one of the items I ordered, but no mention of the other two items.
I waited for a day and a half, to make sure the tracking number would be registered in the system.. However, when I clicked on it, it showed as invalid.
I requested a full refund, but they have not responded since.
