1. Got a letter in mail that our home warranty was about to close and we need to renew. called thinking it was the company we purchased at time we bought our home. They said our policy was going to expire and their plan was better. Set up auto payment, but never got confirmation of a policy or ID account or paper work of policy. We changed the number on credit card.

2. We got a phone call message from Auto Protection Plan and it was the same woman call as the Like New Home Warranty. Same lady, same phone numbers. She said there was a discrepancy in our payment for our 2017 Dodge truck. We don't have a Dodge truck. But we recognized her voice and still have the voice message from each call.
