Ordered pair of shoes. A "vip membership" was on the bottom of the order, listed as "free." 2 weeks later, they placed another order for me, charging me $39.99 for a VIP MEMBERSHIP. I did not authorize this. No way to cancel on their website and emails sent get a "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." Sent multiples emails and am now contacting credit card company to dispute.
