I ordered several lipsticks and they have never been delivered. They also will not respond to any requests. DO NOT BUY anything from this company.

Same here they changed me money from my credit card but no reply or no tracking number nothing they don’t have phone number also now where to catch not happy at all. ?

Placed a $39 order on 3/31/2020. I waited until 5/20/2020 to contact customer service. Someone named Steve replied, assuring me my order had been received and would be shipped within days, even giving me a tracking number. Today is 6/23/2020! No package, I checked tracking and it’s all in Chinese. This scam company is located in China. There had been no movement on my item in almost 3 months!

They misrepresent a product as their own which in actuality is a cheap product form another company. They do a huge markup and promise a theoretical 100% money back guarantee but in the fine print none of their products actually quality for it.
