I was contacted to rescue a paralyzed dog, Fluffy, I agreed, after 3 months, I was told to adopt or return, the dog got sick, they came and took to their vet, now they won't return the dog, I agreed to make 4 payments, I have made 3 on schedule, they will not return the dog
