Letter contains no information about sender except phone number to call. It appears to be a check, but has no bank or customer info and says "To The Order Of" rather than "Pay To The Order Of" and "THIS IS NOT A CHECK, Not affiliated with Greenwich Cap Fin'L"

Letter is addressed to residential property owner name of record from county public records. Greenwich Cap Fin'L might be previous mortgage holder, but property no longer has a mortgage. Envelope has recent date and postal permit no. 1535 and is mailed from zip code 33431 and states "INFORMATION FOR THE MORTGAGEE ONLY".
