Lena from LenatheLight.com calls herself an Holistic Nutrition Coach and offers one on one consultations to work with her. My mother paid $149 for a consultation with Lena. Due to time zone confusion my mother missed the appointment they tried to reschedule but my mother was unable to respond to Lena right away. Lena never followed up and since then my mother has tried to contact Lena to no avail. I reached out to Lena on 3/22 via email to [email protected] and again on 3/26 via Instagram messaging. Lena said my mother “forfeited” her consultation because she did not respond right away. She then offered to reschedule it for an additional $30. I then asked for her to show me in her policy where it states that failure to respond results in payment forfeiture. She failed to provide her policy or a signed contract between her and my mother. I asked that my mother be refunded and she did not respond. She has since blocked me on social media. This is bad business practice and I believe she is scamming individuals.
