On December 31, 2025, I purchased and paid for a sweater from “Lena & James”, as advertised in Facebook. I received confirmation of payment from both my credit card account and from lenajameshampton.com. Their communication said, “Confirmation #AQRULHK88”

“You’ve paid for your order.”The ordered sweater was never shipped to me. I tried looking up the company ( Melkureg, Hoorn, North Holland,Netherlands), and found a website: [email protected]. I ‘ve been unsuccessful at finding a contact.

I purchased a quilted jacket from LenaJamesHampton.com and received a confirmation email. As days and weeks went by I received other emails talking about delays and replacements needed. It is now a month and a half and I never received my order and when I contact the email address listed for customer service, [email protected], it says email address not found.

I’m filing this complaint because I paid for a coat through Lena James Hampton (LenaJamesHampton.com). My card was charged. I never received the product and I have tried numerous times to contact them. The only resource is a email address of: [email protected]. Can you assist please? The charged amount of $98 went through lenarose. hampton in Hoorn, NL.
