SCAM

I placed an order of $401.59 for multiple diampnd paintings. I cancelled within one hour of ordering. LOGAN FREEMAN replied stating the items "shipped already" A LIE! and that I had to wait for the order then return it to sender for a "full refund" Well, after 3 weeks, I received a small package but didn't open it because I didn't want issues. I returned the package to "sender" at 5215 S. Boyle Ave Vernon, Ca 90058. They signed for the package and have posession. I emailed Logan for my refund again and he said that I should have "followed instructions to return to Viet Nam" Which he never told me. Now the package has been returned and I am being told they never received it and am OUT $401.59. I am currently filing a scam claim with my bank. BUYERS BEWARE of this crappy CHINA company! I just received my first Art. It’s not exactly what it shows on your ad. I received no directions. I have no idea what to do with all this “stuff”. The picture does not lay out flat and is very hard to see. There must be a better way to show where diamonds go. Also, I have nothing that looks like what the ad shows. No shine, flat I NEED INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE WHAT DO I DO WITH. WHAT I RECEIVED. The pen, something orange, a tray. Please.

Placed an order only to receive nothing. I inquired about my order, they sent me tracking info. I tracked only to see that it said it was already delivered to me. I had received NOTHING! I called my local USPS and they looked into it. They did find 2 out of 4 packages. I have an empty tray organizer and a pink pen (I ordered purple). Nothing else. I have been dealing with Logan Freeman, Customer Service person via email for about a month now. Of course, there's nothing he can do. It shows delivered, but not all of it has arrived. He asked for me to take pictures of what I've received and send it to him and HE would file a missing package with USPS. Surprise...no, he isn't going to do that because according to the USPS it's all been delivered! This has been a viscous cycle of emails. Him telling me one thing, then changing his mind. He did at one point tell me if I had not received my package by February 12, 2021, then he could offer a full refund. Well, needless to say, since I did receive 2 pieces (of which are of no use to me) he cannot issue a refund. I spent almost $80 on this crap only to get the run around! I've gone to my local USPS and they looked...they have nothing. Told me I could file a missing package claim. What good is that going to do me now? I've asked for a supervisor's name or Manager's name, email, phone...that I could talk to. Of course, that information has not been given to me. I am at my wits end dealing with this! I am unemployed and thought this would be a great birthday gift for my granddaughter. I'm out $80 bucks and have no gift for her. Ain't that a good grandma. Funny thing is...I don't know whether to file a domestic or international claim? They said is was shipping from the US, but there are several tags on what package I did get and it doesn't look like it came from US directly. HELP! I have the emails from Logan I can print if you need them. Please let me know.
