I am reporting a lash business due to an unsatisfactory service and lack of accommodation from the owner. I paid $125 for a service that was never completed correctly. I contacted the owner several times to have the service corrected but I have not received a response or a resolution. I have proof of payment, appointment information, the amount of times I was scheduled to receive my service and never was seen, and screenshots of my attempts to resolve the issue. I am not the only one she has scammed and I have proof of that also. She blamed me for the problem immediately after I told her then never did anything about the situation. Which is highly upsetting.
