I had an Nursing Home Resident receive a FEDEX package telling him his cousin died and had no next of kin. That all he needed to do was fill out the paper work provided and he would receive the estate. What they were asking him to sign was that he would accept ALL expenses involved in proving his Beneficiary interest.( This way they could keep asking for money and promising a wind fall in the end. To witch he would have payed out large sums of money . Only to find out there is nothing). This resident was lucky enough to have a family member that knew the family history well enough to know their was no such cousin that had just past away. Thank You..
