I saw the ad on TikTok. It advertised terzepitide weight loss meds for $109 monthly. I had to fill out a lengthy health questionnaire and asked how to pay which I chose cashapp. There was to be no amount charged until after their Dr. Reviewed my health questionnaire to see if the medicine was contraindicated. I was to receive an email from the Dr. Regarding their determination. I never received the determination or any email whatsoever. My cashapp was debited $109.00 which my bank paid.

They will take your money and not send the product and then when you call them they hang up on you or tell you that no refund is available.

Lean Meds somehow charged my credit card even tho I never added it to the inquiry for their medication plan! I am currently with another provider and was shopping around for cheaper pricing. I did not complete the order with Lean Meds due to suspicious wording. Today I noticed a charge on my credit card statement from them for 109 but have never received an email or any product for that matter!! BEWARE!
