Lean Peak failed to refund returned product

The product was presented on Facebook using Oprah Winfrey, another woman and a doctor saying how effective the product was. They said you had 60 to return if not fully satisfied. I contacted Lean Peak and was given the instructions on how to return the product. I returned by Certified Mail with a tracking. It was confirmed by the post office AND the people at Lean Peak that the return was in fact received but I have yet to receive a refund. I have called numerous times and told I would be hearing from someone. Which I have not. I was also given 3 different phone numbers by Emily Carter telling me who to contact because she couldn't help me. Each time I call I get a different response. My credit card wouldn't help since they say I waited too long to contact them.
