Terrible experience please I need my money again is no fear

Hi good morning I have been very worried because on 26th of July I bought some product with this company and never received nothing for the price of 29.98 +29.91 and other discounts as: 7.77+ 5.99+2.99 on my credit is no fear please request to this company return my money again

Total scam - should have listened to my spidey sense but just had a baby and was a little out of it. Lost $193.55 - they over charged me on what was initially a $12 trial and of course no receipt arrived to my email. I got an 'account link' which doesn't work with my 'tracking' a few weeks later. When the product arrived it was broken. I contacted them about the over charge when I got my tracking and again when I received the product. They sent me a fake email where I got bounce backs to handle return. I continued emailing them, cost on me to return to a PO box. Then got charged a subscription fee of $120! And there was no mention of this ever being a subscription anywhere!

I thought I was Signing up For a sample of face cream they ended up charging my visa $189.00 that's not what I signed for up seen this on the Dr. Oz show please help to reverse the charges Thanks, Rose Petroff Phone 416 421 6717

I had the exact same experience as Marie-Claude Cyr. This company made unauthorized payments on my account of 179.99 and 189.99 a week apart from eachother. I tried to call and get my money back but they just said they are cancelling my account which I don't ever remember signing up for. She said these were installment payments that are for the three products that I received. I only paid a one time amount and don't remember them telling me in the bill that they were going to charge me in installments. Very annoyed! Trying to sort this problem out with my credit card company now. Never buy from this company!

Total scam. they are running ads on FB (through Candy Crush) to be associated with Hudson Bay and to get a full set of products by just paying for shipping and handling, but at the end you end up paying $189.91 which leads by a subscription of monthly of the products which your were being enrolled without clearly knowing. Also, It's not clearly written that the trial is for 10 days, and that if you don't return the product, you are billed on your credit card the full price.
Also, this company is also running under another name: POCHETTEDELUXE.COM which is in fact : www.luxvitalities.com with almost the same phone number ! Only the last digit is different (1-343-301-6682), and the phone voice's accent is Indian like type for both. I've also been billed for another amount of 179.99 canadian dollars from the other company name " POCHETTEDELUXE.COM "
So this fraud costed me 189.91$ +179.99$ = 369.98$ canadian dollars from the same ONE contact/add on FB for 2 products, from apparently 2 different companies (from my credit card statement) !

Hi -- I would like to report this company. I responded to an ad on Facebook saying that Hudson Bay was going out of business and were offering a free sample kit of facial products. THey then scammed me out of $476. by repeated charges to my VISA card which I supplied on the basis that it was a reputable business. I was NOT. Stay away from these sharks!

Like others, I saw their ad on Facebook claiming to be an offer from the Hudson Bay store where they would ship you products to try for free, and all you have to do is pay the shipping cost. Once I accepted the shipping cost I was then offered two other products and given "free shipping", but at the end when you complete your order it shows two charges of $30 for the two items with free shipping and my total bill was around $73.00. The confirmation emails come from 2 different companies leserumdeluxe.com and hautesoins.com, and both emails say "welcome to the club".
I still haven't received the items I ordered and now worried that they will continue charging my credit card for nothing as I have discovered that they are mentioning subscriptions at the end of the emails they sent.

At no time was I under the impression that I was signing up for any subscription. They give you login information for those two sites and when I login I noticed that under the "auto-refill" section they have 4 selections for auto refill, and they have chosen your account to auto-refill automatically every month and you will be charged $130 monthly. I did not agree to any of these terms. I also found out that the so called "trial" products have to be returned within 14 days or they may charge your account anywhere from $160 to $190. I have had to cancel my credit card and have them send me a new one in order to avoid being charged anything else in the future.

Total scam. they are running ads on FB to be associated with Hudson Bay and to get a full set of products by just paying for shipping and handling, but at the end you end up paying about $70 which leads by a subscription of $130 monthly of the products which your were being enrolled without clearly knowing. Watch out. Their target is seniors and less techy people specially people with English as their second language.
