Hello I applied for a position on Indeed and they emailed me back advising me i got the position but no interview done, they did not get any other info like my ssn or bank info.

Contacted regarding translation work. Document looked fake. Was adamant about payment methods. Email read: ."....it is crucial that we discuss the payment methods. We have considered options such as a certified bank draft, cashier's check, or a bank-certified check. These forms of payment are not only secure but also offer a tangible record of transaction, which is necessary for our financial records. By any chance, could you confirm if these methods are acceptable in your business operations? "

When asked about his attorney credentials or office address, communication stopped.

There is no such person ('Christopher Brindle, attorney) listed in any Attorney Bar Association, no law firm address listed on website, not a single testimonial listed either, contact is only by messaging through Whatsapp. Website looks off also. The URL/WhoIS also shows a company that has an extremely bad reputation for defrauding individuals.

Contacted me about a job interview, I set up the interview on Google Hangouts. Was skeptical about website. The interviewer was the head of HR, one of three people on the website. There was contact info on the website, but could only be contacted by WhatsApp.... weird for a legal advice business. I Whatsapped the number on the website and made up a scenario where I need legal advice and was responded to immediately by Pat, the second of three people listed on the website. Pat could not help me at all and told me to email the same address that they emailed me about the job. I told Pat that on the website they offered free over-the-phone consultations but she told me that I HAD to just email on my own time. I wrote the job interview that I would feel more comfortable doing a phone or video interview to which they immediately stopped responding. Their website has no testimonials, no physical address, and none of the people listed exist on ANY social media.... linked in, facebook. Ive dealt with job offers like this, they want to send you money for "equipment" and all that BS.
