Signed up for a 7-day trial and was told “cancel anytime.” The only way to cancel is by emailing the company and they do not respond. I was charged even after numerous emails to cancel my subscription were sent.

DO NOT USE! I bought the 3 month access to the app and was charged for it and I never even got the email to get into the app. Also got roped into buying some $50 cookbook I have yet to even get an email on. Reached out to customer services with the same response of not willing to refund because I have access to secret information even though I have never even logged into the app. Takes days to get a response and is like pulling teeth to cancel the membership. Whole thing is a scam. BUYER BEWARE!

This was advertised on Facebook as a personalized fasting g program and instead is nothing but a timer. I asked for a refund within 24 hours seeing how horrible the app was once it was downloaded (had to pay to get it). And asked for refund right away. They have done convoluted refund policy which makes no sense. I believe this app from Ukraine apparently is completely a ripoff.
