I ordered ONE tube of Mascara online from Lash Cosmetics / Shop Innovations / mascara at $8.99. I was charged 3x, $41.95, $8.99 and $12.95 on 9/13/26 for total of $63.89. I did not catch the withdrawals from my account until today 9/18. I immediately called the company 888-250-7662 [Call ID #GZ*****]. Agent first offered 30% refund, when I refused, she offered 50%. Now I have to ship the product back [that I have not even received yet] on my dime in order to get 100% refund.
