If I could give 0 stars, I would. Received a pair of jeans (two weeks to ship) that were not even close to what was pictured and described. Reached out to their support via email FOUR TIMES, plus sent a text message. No response. AT ALL. No support phone number or address, either. They state that their products are all made in the USA- and they are from China. After reading reviews, I discovered that this company is notorious for waiting until after the 30 day return window is closed- before contacting customers, if they do at all. Their privacy policy states that they filter out emails for returns. I will never order from Lark and Clover again and I'll do my best to make sure everyone is aware of their complete lack of professional integrity and business ethics. TrustPilot is CHOCK FULL of one star reviews that state the exact same issue. They say 30-day hassle-free returns. Complete scam.
