Company claimed to be selling Lane Bryant clothing at a deep discount, pretending to be Lane Bryant. Clothing advertised was Lane Bryant clothing. Claimed it was overstock being sold to reduce inventory. They sent me a tracking number and when I saw it was coming from China, that was my first obvious clue that it was a scam. The tracking number tracked something for about a month and when it said it was delivered, there was no package. Customer service has been contacted several times claiming 15-25 business days to issue a refund and even asked if a lesser amount could be refunded since the package was noted as delivered, even though I didn’t receive it. Eventually they said they would refund the full amount and after waiting beyond the timeframe, no refund has been made. Continual emails regarding the refund have been sent, each time an email is sent back with why they haven’t refunded the money yet.
