I was on Facebook. And I came across an ad for Lane Bryant clothing. And it stated that the clothes was very cheap. So I ordered almost $50 worth of items. Come to find out after I ordered the items. This is not Lane Bryant. This website was portraying to be Lane Bryant. The only way to contact them is through email. I contact them it told them that it was a fraudulent company and that I want a refund on the same day as the payment. They claim to want to give me a refund. But then turn around and told me to order was out for delivery. Come to find out there is no order out for delivery. When they gave me the tracking number to track the order that information comes up invalid. Trying to get the tracking number the information stated that avoid. Then they emailed back and stated that they checked it and that it was shipped to a city but would not say what city. But where I want to go check the tracking number again. The information came up in Chinese now not English and I believe it probably states that is invalid as well I can't read Chinese so I don't know. But it didn't give me any tracking information.. I contacted them before they claim to send out any items. Now they claim that they already sent out the items and it's tracking number that is not valid. This company is a scam they portrayed as they was Lane Bryant on Facebook app but in reality they're not they're not a real company that fraudulent company. They also stated that they would have me a refund but didn't. keep gave me the run around about the refund. I read their refund is not due after 30 days and they claim the items will be delivered after 30 days or more .I can't understand why it takes 30 days to deliver. I feel they do that so people wait over 30 days and won't get the refund or items.This company is deceiving people This company is claiming to be other company. They keep trying to make me take the items when I clearly stated I want a refund.

I seen an ad for clearance clothing from lane Bryant. I clicked on it ans seen articles of clothing for .99 to 5.99 so i ordered a bunch of things. On march 21. I still have not received anything and now im wondering how i cam get my money back.

An instagram ad claiming to be for Lane Bryant, a well established brand, led to a website with drastic sale prices. I ordered 4 shirts which came to about 50 dollars with shipping. A receipt was sent to my email with a tracking number which appeared to be legitimate however 4 weeks later when the tracking claimed the package was delivered it was not. I emailed using the address on the receipt and was told the courier refused to refund due to lost cargo and suggested I could get a replacement package. Two weeks later I checked the receipt and tried to follow the link to my order history or the store site in general but both links are now bad.

I was scrolling Facebook and came across what looked like a Lane Bryant ad and clicked on it and it looked like they were having a sale. So, I purchased several clothing items, not realizing it was a scam. They charged me $37.81 on August 25th 2023. There was a tracking number provided and it took me to a site written all in Chinese, but it seemed to have accurate tracking information. I tracked it until finally it said it was out for delivery in my home city and the package never showed up. I emailed the support team at, "[email protected]'" several times and got very vague answers on what was to be done to fix the issue. It has now been over a week since I last heard from them and I still have no solution or refund. Attached, is the last email they sent me.

Advertised on Facebook as Lane Bryant, offering clearance items for 3.99 each. Because of the Lane Bryant name, I thought it was legit.

Tracking information said it was delivered but was not.

There is no way to get a refund that I can find.
