Person claiming to be Sgt Phillip Sutton called to inform me that I was in contempt of court for failure to appear for Jury Duty. Told me that if I go to the Sherrif's dept that I would be finger printed and booked for 24-72 hours in jail. He said I could purchase a Bond to show that I am willing to follow through with my obligations as the court investigates the matter. When I pressed for legitimate proof of who he was he put another person claiming to be Cpt. David Daniels. Cpt DD said he would call me from a non emergency phone line to show proof. I told him to do it. He went silent and then I pressed him on when he was going to call and he then made threatening comments and i terminated the call. The pair proved me 2 so called citation numbers. 821-cv-7142 and 822-cv-1112.
