I placed 2 orders for shoes with them and never received the orders (totaling $342). I have emailed them multiple times and they said they refunded my credit card for one of the orders and that the other order has shipped. I never received a refund, and when I ask for the tracking information for the order that shipped, they stop responding. The last email I received from them said "Please note that we delegate the delivery to the shipping companies. All we’re responsible for is to providing products." I have opened disputes with my credit card company. Now LaFlame is emailing me, threatening me that if I do not close the dispute, they will cancel the shipment and I will not get a refund. But still they refuse to provide a tracking number to prove that the order has actually shipped.
