Found recurring PayPal charges to L4ebill.com, a vague third-party billing service.
tell you who or what because we ourselves "don't know") and you should have received an email from us ( you didn't because we are a scam and we don't want to alert you to our presence) but if you didn't, please feel free to contact us at 855-650-4889! (We tried to remain incognito but since you discovered us anyway, feel free to call some random business down the street while the two of us scramble to charge your card as many times as we can before you report us and we have to ditch this bull[censored] business scam and invent a new identity to found a new, identical bull[censored] scam.) I called the number and the lady was super friendly who answered the phone until I told her why I was calling at which point she grew very hostile and simply said "Wrong number! We're insurance!" and then she probably hung up (both times).
I reference to my statement again and noticed that the full recipient of my money was L4ebill.com.reading.gbr, the reading.gpr being an indicator of its location in Reading Great Britain yet the customer service rep who answered the phone had a distinctly American accent. The website references Skyler digital a very nondescript and again vague company neither of these companies list any of their clients or customer basis or any of the services that they actually provide other than claiming to provide the highest quality digital experience and connecting people and websites and so forth it's they just claim to be a third party anything really with no specified service other than to collect money from you for some unknown entity that they can't name because they don't know who it is that you signed up for they just know that person is billing you and they happen to know how to get the money to that specific person that they neither know the identity of nor do they know how to identify the client for whom they are processing payment for your service which obviously makes no sense.
