I signed up for plowing service with Kregg Frey's Lawn Services. Upon signing the contract, I was working with J>>> H>>>>, one of Kregg's employees. I signed an agreement and paid by check. Since then, no one has come to plow my driveway. I approached J>>> initially to ask what was going on. He said, "Kregg doesn't like driving to the city, so hopefully he does your driveway". Time passed and the driveway was never touched. I've tried to call J>>> multiple times, and have he's either hung up on me, or forwarded my calls to voicemail. I then called Kregg directly. Kregg immediately got hostile - yelling at me to stop calling them. I have not been given a reason as to why they've never plowed my driveway and/or offered a refund. We have hand many heavy snowfall days where other plow trucks with 3 inch minimums have been at my neighbors. I've since read reviews and found this is not atypical of Kregg Frey's Lawn Services and there are many others with the same experience. They are taking people's money for services they are not completing. It is unacceptable and there needs to be repercussions for these actions. Others should be aware that Kregg Frey is to not be trusted.
