I tried to order shoes from their website. My credit card was not going through and I kept getting an alert to contact them. So I emailed them and here's what their "customer service" department replied with:

We have cancelled the old order for you.Could you try to place an new order and pay by credit card again?

If you can't pay by credit card,you can place the order and not pay right now,then you can go on www.westernunion.com to pay by western union.Or you can go to the bank or the agent location to pay by western union.Many customers pay us by western union.It is a faster and safer payment.
