Type of a scam Online Purchase
The FAQ state you can cancel easily, that you can edit this or that, however there are no buttons or links to do so.
Your account has no such spot to allow you to change your size, amount, address, payment.
Been trying to cancel with them for MONTHS. Have refused shipments, but they still take the money and never reverse it
There is no phone number to call. There may have been at one time, but now that I need it, its not there.
They have billed me for over $150 , about half of that I can accept, as I wanted the items in the beginging, but the quality isn't that good and I have enough. Plus when work got slow due to the "pandemic" I needed to cancel this and have been trying to cancel for almost a year now. and even have refused RTS but no refunds.
I have attempted to do this from 2 computers and a mobile, so I its definitely them and their site. There are groups on the internet about this, that I found when trying to cancel.
