Multiple websites, multiple names, same puppies!

This person "sells" the same puppies on several different websites under several different names, always cheap puppies ($700 Papillon), always wants to ship the puppies, website has a story about a dog named Liam that the seller owned when he was young. No info on websites about studs or dams. I didn't get as far as discussing payment because I asked for more pictures and recognized the pics from another website when I saw them.
