I paid $100 deposit with balance of &50 for their assist in uploading my manuscript on KDP. I was not satisfied with the layout, they blamed it on Amazon, said if I don't give them $50 they were going to steal my rights and publish my book under their own name and Jeff Luke said he didn't need my permisdion to do it.
