Kimdy Sweets allows orders to be placed on her website but does not fulfill them. On January 3, 2026 I placed an order and it has yet to be sent out. If you look at her Google reviews, she does this to EVERY ORDER. She is taking advantage of people who can not just drive over to shop at her store. This was supposed to be sent to me in 7 business days and it's not going on two full months. Please look into this matter so she can not continue to take advantage of us.

She deletes any requests on her social media pages and is aware of customer frustration but refuses to fulfill orders.
