Kim Mai of 6804 Danieldale Dr. Forth Worth Texas 76137 is an Amazon scammer and fraudster.
She made a purchase from us on February 13, 2025 and in her return request she cited quality. Amazon immediately issued a refund on first scam to this con artist. After receiving the return an inspecting she had kept our original product and sent back her old bottle that had a completely faded batch code printed on the side of the bottle. Out bottle has the batch codes printed on the bottom. The bottle had some gross liquid in it. Do not ship anything to this scam artist.

This type of scammers should be banned from Buying and she be prosecuted.
