I order their product in February. In April I was charged another $198.78 on my MC. I sent an email inquiry requesting a refund to MC. I did get an initial response requesting more info. I responded. I have not received a return email and I have attempted to call customer service twice now. They said over and over I already received a second shipment, that I signed up for a subscription, which I did not, and that I didn't call them back to cancel. One rep said within 30 days, the other said 60. One offered me $50, the other $70 for "my trouble". I requested to speak to a manager as they were clearly regurgitating a script. At 11:25ish am George 627 said he that emailed me a tracking number because I would have to take this up with the delivery service, USPS. There was no email from him with a tracking number, though he told me several times that he sent it. I told him it was not received. He said they have a picture of the delivered package on my front step. I have the Ring Camera and there has been no delivery to my door. $198.78 was all I would settle for, please hand me over to a manager. He put me on hold for several minutes saying no one was available yet and then hung up at 11:42. Seriously, I did not receive a second shipment, but did get charged. Now I am on a my third call and now have been given a tracking number, over the phone. It appears legit, though I'm not trusting, could be a dummy website. Says the package was delivered to my mailbox. I thought they said they had a pic of it on my porch???!!! Cancelling my MC.
