A fake profile on Facebook that was in a group chat for military spouses, posted a status about a job offer and I decided to ask her for more information. I caught on with it after the person on Facebook asked me to download google hangout for the suppose interview with a hiring manager. Once I was on google hangout, she asked legitimate questions like a normal interview and after she asked for my information such as Name, address, phone number, and email. It was a big mistake now that I fear for my life. Once it got deeper I realized it was scam once she or he was aggressively demanding my bank account for a certain amount which at that point I told them this was sketchy and I was going to report them. From there the account blocked me and so did the person who referred me to the account. I’m in fear for my life as well as others. I have picture proof of everything and the person who referred me to.
